Do Dogs Dream?
People believe that their dog’s dream, when they are sleeping, and their leg twitches and they growl this gives us the impression that they are dreaming. The brains of dogs are similar to humans and they also go through the same electrical waves as we do. Since dogs are so complex and that their electrical waves are similar to ours it’s easy to assume that they are dreaming. There is also a lot of evidence that they dream about dog activities.
Dogs dream often in fact research has shown that smaller dogs dream more than bigger dogs. Research has shown that the frequency and length of a dream may be related to the animal’s size. Dreaming is a normal healthy occurrence in and is part of a 24-hour sleep and wake cycle.
